She answers her name with a cute little chirp. Visit her in the shelter room named Nursery. Twinky was the reigning "Sweetest Cat" in 2008 since Jacob, the original title holder was adopted. Twinky was very pleased to have the title, but she does regret that she does not yet have a home of her very own!
